REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Overview
This policy applies to customers in the United States and Canada. Our refund and returns period lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Important: Our IPTV subscriptions are digital services. Once your account is activated and login details are used to access content, the service is considered delivered and is generally non-refundable except as described below.
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund within 15 days, one or more of the following must apply:
- Activation not used: Your credentials were issued but not used to log in or stream any content.
- Service not working: You experience a technical issue that prevents streaming and our support team cannot resolve it within a reasonable time after you contact us (typically within 24–48 hours).
- Duplicate/accidental purchase: You placed two orders for the same product or selected the wrong plan by mistake and have not used the service.
- Unauthorized charge: You did not authorize the transaction (we may require proof).
For multi-month plans, we may issue a partial refund or credit if there is a verified service interruption of more than 72 consecutive hours not caused by your internet, device, app settings, or region restrictions.
Non-returnable & Non-refundable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Activated subscriptions that have been used to stream content
- Gift cards / voucher codes
- One-time setup or activation fees (if applicable)
- Reseller credits and wholesale purchases
- Expired plans
How to Request a Refund
Within 15 days of your purchase, email us at https://etoriptv.store/contact-us/ with:
- Order number or payment receipt
- The email/phone used at checkout
- Device type and app version
- Brief description of the issue (screenshots if possible)
Our team will first help troubleshoot (connection, app settings, device compatibility). If the issue cannot be resolved promptly, we will approve the refund as eligible and process it to your original method of payment.
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original payment method. Banks or processors typically take 3–10 business days to post the refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. We don’t exchange digital subscriptions once activated. If you need to change your plan before activation, email https://etoriptv.store/contact-us/and we’ll help switch plans or adjust the subscription length where possible.
Physical Products (if any)
If you also sell compatible hardware (e.g., TV boxes), unused items in original packaging may be returned within 15 days. To return a physical product, mail it to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs; original shipping is non-refundable. Consider a trackable service or shipping insurance — we don’t guarantee receipt without tracking.
